CYC winter retreat rocked my world.. i love you my cute
and wonderful small group girls... i may not see you CYC'ers very much,
but I'm always praying for ya
sidenote: i think lately i've been really thankful to have
friends who earnestly talk about God as casual conversation topics
and look around at each other at 11pm and ask "what's a good place we
could go to to read the Bible?"
ok you may say.. instead of cool.. maybe that's freakishly dorky.. but hey.. just my own definition
good times in nyc.. thanks to the fabulous sunny tsang for housing..
feeding.. and dearly loving me for these past couple days. thanks
also to caro and hojin for being sooo stinking hospitable... hojin
dad's eatery makes me stand there like an idiot with my mouth open
because it is so wonderful.. also thanks for jooheon and mark for a
very special 2 hours =D oh yea.. and the best beef bowl ever

| Happy Birthday Jenie Pyon!
I think when i first started
becoming Jenie's friend I would always admire out loud how womanly she
was in a really sheebie way that made her uncomfortable... but she
still stayed friends with me! Now if that isn't friendship, i
don't wanna know what is. Jenie has this amazing eruption of a laugh
that makes you feel like a million bucks. She's a kindred spirit and
will be my fellow shiksa feminista forever. I can laugh forever
at our Japan adventures filled with h-unky h-ood and pheromone
tshirts. But i love her for more than her timely verbal
cut-downs. She's an amazing and patient listener and will listen
to just about any stupid problem that i have like it's the most
important thing to her at that moment. She can give perspective
to my rage. She's honest about her love for God and when she sets
her mind to being blessed and blessing others, I can't help but soak in
some of the reflected glory of God as i watch. i love you

| Singleminded to the point of reckless
My passion and desire for beef
jerky reached its pinnacle on my mini road trip with heenaburger... i
threw caution to the wind and indulged on two bags (one original and
one teriyaki).
now i am suffering from a very sore
mouth.. unable to chew food properly for a whole day now.... self
control is lost on me....
oy vey... someone inject me with some estrogen and free me from my love for dried meats..
but do u know what's good with beef jerky?
jalapeno krunchers or jimmy john's jalapeno chips
and mini claussen pickles!
wash that down with some gatorade...
it's like Christmas everday!
